Loading and unloading are shown separately. Drivers who arrived late are left out of the average, so a dock is not blamed for someone else running behind.
The entrance and the backing
Is the turn in tight? Is it a blind-side back? Drivers say, so you can plan your approach before you are sitting in the street.
